Cuvée Valentin
Powerful, oaky red
Powerful, oaky red
Cuvée Valentin, the estate's great red cuvée — and one of Tony's favourites. A blend of 40% grenache and 60% syrah, aged at the estate then refined for 6 weeks on oak chips: a fruity red, powerful on the palate and beautifully oaky, asking only for a fine cut of meat to express itself.
