Family wine estate in Mouzillon
A family wine estate in Mouzillon, Domaine Grégoire was born three generations ago. The grandfather planted the vines and carried out a mass selection that still makes the richness of our vineyard today; the father passed on his passion for the craft; Maurène and Tony have been continuing the story since 2020, with their own standard: respect the soil, the environment and our health, while making good wines.
Two thirds old vines, one third young vines planted with disease-resistant grapes and rediscovered heritage varieties: each wine expresses our terroir and the way we work — with respect, sincerity and passion.

Nestled in the Nantes vineyard, in Loire-Atlantique, Domaine Grégoire enjoys a fine terroir in Mouzillon, a few minutes from Vallet and Clisson. Our vines flourish on soils that give our wines their roundness and character.

Our vines sink their roots into the clay soils of Mouzillon. This clay retains water and freshness, and gives our wines their roundness and indulgence.
It is from this alchemy between our terroir and our work close to the vine — every other row grassed over, controlled mechanical pruning, harvest at just the right ripeness — that honest, balanced and accessible wines are born.
Maurène Grégoire
Vines, cellar & sales
Maurène is the third generation of the estate. A vocational diploma then a wine and vine BTS at Briacé: her path took shape naturally, between a childhood spent in the vines alongside her father and holiday jobs that made her discover — and love — this craft. In 2020, she took over the family estate.
Her cuvée of the heart: Chrysalide, our traditional method. « It is the cuvée that requires the most attention: checking ripeness at harvest, then a whole spring’s work for the second fermentation in the bottle, the one that naturally creates the bubbles. »
Tony Anger
Sales, deliveries, vines & cellar
Tony came to wine through Maurène, who passed on her passion for the craft. Trained in sales (BTS), he is now on every front: meeting customers, on the delivery roads of the 44 and 56 departments, in the vines and in the cellar.
His cuvées of the heart: Melon n°2 and Cuvée Valentin. « These are blended wines: you have to find the precise balance between several wines to give the customer pleasure. Hearing that our product is good is always a satisfaction. »
