Melon n°1
Dry white, vanilla ageing
Dry white, vanilla ageing
Melon n°1 is melon de bourgogne at its most refined. Six months ageing on the lees then six weeks on vanilla oak chips give it its signature: a round, silky palate of rare intensity, a supple attack, a fleshy texture and a long, rich, elegant finish.
