Sauvign’or
Dry white, resistant grape
Dry white, resistant grape
Sauvign'or, one of our prides: a white made from sauvignac, a grape naturally resistant to vine diseases, planted in 2023 on a hillside plot with natural drainage. Fewer treatments, more nature — and in the glass, a very fruity dry wine reminiscent of great sauvignons.
