The Whites

Our white wines from Mouzillon: white is our mother tongue. From melon de bourgogne — our signature grape, aged on its lees as tradition dictates — to more indulgent blends and on to sauvignac, our disease-resistant variety planted in 2023, our whites express freshness in every form.

Dry and lightly sparkling to pair with seafood and fish, or off-dry and aromatic for the aperitif: there is a white for every moment. They all share the same signature: honest fruit and balance on the palate.
